Is free shipping available?
Yes, our standard non-rural shipping is free. We have skip the line & rural that incur minimal yet additional costs. Please see our shipping policy.

 

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?
You will be able to tell on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of the product will be listed as "Available or Pre order" If there is an error on our site we will communicate this with you.

 

What are your return policies?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to refund or exchange unopened products within 30 days. Damaged items can be serviced via manufacturer's warranty. Clearance items are not returnable unless damaged during the shipping process.

 

When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are delivered within 1 week or 5 working days.

How do I get work done under warranty?
Contact the team here at Big Mama Zs via email. We can organise the scope for repairs & warranty claims required.

 

Are there taxes on products ordered from you in my state?
Sales tax is applicable on all orders in New Zealand & are included in the price.

 

Do you sell refurbished products?
We only sell new products straight from the manufacturer, in the box. Even our overstock items are new and in box.

At Big Mama Zs, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal can be used as an alternative. 

 

When do I receive my tracking number?
Once your item has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number the same day.

 

Who will ship the product?
Depending upon your location we use different freight companies. In most places, NZ post will be the courier provider.
